Mediterranean Orzo Pasta Salad

  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/2tsp. black pepper
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 16 oz box orzo
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced
  • 5 plump tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, cut up
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • ½ cup feta cheese
  • 1 cup pine nuts
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2tsp Black Truffle Salt

Mix 2/3 cup oil, vinegar, 2tsp truffle salt, pepper, and sugar. Mix well. Cook the orzo according to directions on the package and rain. Put the orzo in a bowl. Add ¼ cup oil. Allow the pasta t to cool. Add tomatoes, cucumber, artichoke, parsley, cheese ,pine nuts, and lemon juice. Add the marinade that was previously made. Cover the mixture and allow to chill in the refrigerator at least two hours. Sprinkle with the truffle salt before serving.

Truffle Horseradish Deviled Eggs

To make this dish you will need:

  • 8 eggs
  • 3 tbs. butter
  • ½ tsp Black Truffle Salt
  • 1tbs. white wine vinegar
  • 1tsp horseradish powder
  • 2tsp. mayonnaise

Put the eggs in a pan full of water. Boil the eggs for at least 10 minute. Mix horseradish and vinegar. Add the butter until the mixture turns into a paste. Add the Truffle salt and mayonnaise. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolk. Add the yolk to the truffle mixture. Mash until it is smooth. Put the mixture back into the egg whites.
