First take your potatoes and either dice them in 1/2 inch cubes or slice them in 1/8 inch thick. Throw then into a grease frying pan with the onion and garlic and cook until about half done. Add the chicken bullion and cook until tender and the bullion is nearly all cooked down. Take 1 sweet potato per person and make a few small cuts in the top. Put them into either a 450 degree over for 45-50 minutes or in the microwave for 25-30 minutes on high. One the potatoes are knife tender, take them out and put criss-cross cuts in them. Add butter or margarine to suit and then sprinkle with Alaea salt.
