Sea salt or Himalayan salt?

Fully saturated water with unrefined salt is called, Sole. When Sole is consumed it will; detoxify the body,
improve mineral status of body, reduce muscle cramps, help balance blood sugar, help balance blood pressure, improve sleep and more. To make the Sole solution:
Fill a glass 1/4 of the way with Himalayan salt, then fill remaining space with water.
Cover and shake to dissolve the salt. (there will be some undissolved salt remaining)
Let the glass sit overnight.
In the morning, mix 1 teaspoon of the solution with room temperature water and drink.
Continue each morning until solution is gone, then make some more.
