Black Hawaiian Lava Sea Salt has a smoky earthy flavor, distinguishing itself form many other traditional finishing salts. Hawaiian Salt should not be used in normal cooks, because the black lava elements of the salt will just sink to the bottom of the dish, while it is completely edible, it may look unappetizing to some.
