Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as to Canada and Mexico. We do not currently ship to other international destinations.

Risk of loss and title for your order pass to you once the package is handed to the shipping carrier.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the applicable rate for your shipping destination.

Return policy

Because our products are food-grade and bath-use salts, all sales are final — we’re not able to accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@saltsworldwide.com with your order reference and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Subscription orders

Subscribe & Save orders ship on the interval you choose. You can cancel or manage an active subscription anytime from the confirmation page shown right after you subscribe, or by emailing support@saltsworldwide.com.
